At BusinessList.in, we strive to offer a seamless event booking experience for our users. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing any event tickets through our platform.

1. General Policy

All ticket bookings made on BusinessList.in are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Our platform acts as a facilitator between event organizers and customers; hence, the refund policies of individual event organizers may vary.

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket amount (excluding convenience fees, if applicable). Refunds in such cases will be processed automatically within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, please contact us at sproworks.tech@gmail.com within 72 hours of the announcement, and we will assist you based on the organizer’s policy.

4. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Refunds are not applicable for user-initiated cancellations unless the event listing explicitly allows for cancellation and refund. Any such eligibility will be mentioned on the event details page.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that service charges, payment gateway fees, or convenience fees are non-refundable unless mandated otherwise by Indian law.
