At BusinessList360, we are committed to delivering your event tickets efficiently and securely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver tickets for the events listed on our platform.


1. Delivery Methods

We offer the following ticket delivery options:

  • E-Tickets (Default Method):
    All tickets are delivered electronically to your registered email address immediately after successful payment and booking confirmation.
    📧 Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from sproworks.tech@gmail.com.
  • Downloadable Tickets:
    After booking, tickets can also be downloaded directly from your account dashboard on our website under “My Tickets.”

No physical tickets will be shipped unless explicitly mentioned in the event details.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Instant Delivery:
    E-tickets are sent within 5-10 minutes of booking confirmation.
  • Delayed Confirmation Events:
    For select events with manual approval or limited seating, tickets may be sent within 24 hours of booking.

3. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your ticket within the expected time, please:

  • Check your email spam/junk folder.
  • Verify that your email address is correct in your account settings.
  • Contact us at sproworks.tech@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy (link to be added) for detailed information. Once tickets are delivered, changes or cancellations may not be possible depending on the event organizer’s terms.
